Covid19 measuresWe have always offered a super clean hygienic house. We have added some procedures to keep you and our cleaning team safe.
We have undertaken training with the cleaning team to ensure they are safe and the house is clean and hygienic. (see below) If you have any concern about any surface or item, then we supply cleaning materials that you can use. |
You will find |
All surfaces, handles, touchpoints, bathrooms have been cleaned with professional hospital-grade anti-viral cleaner (kills 99.999%). All our sanitising/disinfectant cleaners are BSEN14476 compliant.
All non-essential cushions, soft furnishings and bed throws/runners have been removed. The house has been thoroughly ventilated. All linen and towels have been professionally laundered. All mattress covers, duvet covers, pillow covers have been disinfected. The laminated welcome sheets have been sprayed clean (the detailed welcome pack information is now in this digital format and not on paper). The TV remote controls are in plastic bags that have been disinfected. Supplies we leave in the house are individually wrapped or the container is disinfected. |
If guests left fewer than 3 days before your arrival |
The dishwasher will be filled with crockery and cutlery and has been run, so you know no-one has touched these.
The box of toys and games left out was not used by the previous guests (we swap them over between visits). |
