Swanage is a charming seaside town on the Dorset Jurassic coast. It offers beaches, coastal walks, steam trains, castles, adventure, and you feel relaxed and safe.

Flexible booking policy
You can cancel any time up to 14 days before your holiday is due to start and receive a refund of your payments less a 5% administration fee that we will retain. The refund is paid on the day your holiday was due to finish. See detailed terms

Lockdown

At present we are in lockdown. So the house is closed. But we are taking any bookings that start after 1st March 2021.

Independent inspections

The house is inspected every year to ensure we meet nationally approved standards. We work hard to maintain our 4 star official grading with a Gold Award for outstanding quality.

The welcome basket of jam, biscuits etc, and fresh flowers were lovely and welcoming. The blue book was helpful as was a copy of the ordnance survey map. We did appreciate the addition of the hot tub. Good facilities, eg we used the washing machine and dryer, which made our stay a lot easier, and kitchen well equipped.
