The quad room works brilliantly for children or a family.  Twin beds plus bunk beds.  You can see views over Swanage town from the window

4th double bedroom with a full size double at 140cm x 200cm.  we have added a mattress topper to make this really comfortable.  The room has views to Swanage bay and over the garden.

This makes a big difference for larger groups.  None of the bathrooms are en-suite.  This is an advantage since everyone can use all of them.  All the bathrooms have power showers.  There is a large amount of hot water.  Two bathrooms come with a bath and heated floors.  The third is a shower room with a walk in shower area.
