Upstairs has all the living spaces with views over Swanage.
Upstairs also has a bathroom and two bedrooms.
(one of which converts to a games room).

Downstairs has two more bedrooms and an extra bathroom.

This is why the holiday cottage has good views.

As a result the Quarterdeck holiday cottage has two storeys
at the front but the first floor opens out directly onto the
garden at the rear.

The holiday cottage first floor comprises

• Living room.
• Dining room which opens out directly to the kitchen.
• A utility room at the rear.
• The master bedroom (double).
• A bathroom and additional toilet.
• The 4th bedroom which converts to a games room.

The holiday cottage ground floor comprises

• A quad bedroom with twin beds and a bunk bed
• A double bedroom with terrace
• A second bathroom.
• A hall with computer and internet access.
