4th bedroom converts to a games room

When the 4th bedroom is not needed, the comfortable
double bed is folded away and the room is converted into
a games room.

Then you have a 3 seat sofa and two bean bags for
relaxed seating so you can watch TV, DVD, Video
or  play games on the Playstation.

You can play pool or convert the pool table to a table top,
where you can play cards or board games.

This room has great views of Swanage bay and opens
out through full width glass sliding doors onto the rear
patio.
